Apparently, when we switch from eChalk to Gmail and everything Gmail gets shut down, that will also include everyone's contacts in Gmail. Susan researched this a bit for us and after talking to eChalk, they didn't have any instructions on how to complete this task; however, Susan figured out a way (thanks, Susan!).
